After I menaged to update using VPN to UK, i turned it off, game downloaded older update

I'm having the same problem, and some of my dailies aren't even triggering I did them for about an hour after.

I did a repair of the game and restarted my phone. Now I got the prompt to update the game when I signed in. After accepting the message, it didn't start downloading anything, so I still can't see the new banner.
