Honestly, you've already landed a job, I may drop "Eagle Scout" unless you happen to know that you're applying to a role where the hiring manager was in the scouts
Also, wouldn't bullet point the "summary" at the top

Also, STAR format for bullet points, and definitely make sure to have numbers if possible
Also, would remove the CompTIA unless you're going for relevant roles.
Right now, it looks like ATS is favoring tailored resumes, so things that aren't relevant "hurt" the "score" of the resume
