Good afternoon dear friends
I have come up with a new interesting and rare computer game and I am looking to recruit a team of developers, graphic designers, etc. to build this game. I am looking for unpaid volunteers to make this game
Is anyone willing to pick up the gauntlet and help me with this?
Note: I am just thinking up the idea for the game. All profits will go to the developers of the game. It is going to be a game of games, I promise you

Looking forward to your response

That's not possible

#

I've worked on such projects before it literally never works

#

The person in charge of the project needs to do at least 50% of the programming themselves, mostly all the most technical core engine/graphics code

#

Even with that happening it's extremely difficult I worked on a game with others for 4 years and it never even got to a vertical slice

#

The "idea" person needs to be the principle technical person on the team because the most crucial part of development is figuring out how to turn those ideas into something that a computer can actually do

#

The way to recruit unpaid labor is to have a prototype that is compelling enough that others want to contribute to it

Let me guess: You have an idea for a new massive game that will revolutionize [insert genre] by making it huge. You have no idea how to build a game or write code, but you think you will find developers that are willing to work multiple years for free on your idea with the promise that they will eventually be paid out the earnings from a project that will realistically never get anywhere close to finishing
