#Allow Waxed Copper Blocks to be Reinforced into Reinforced Copper Blocks

This would mean that you can mass reinforce pre-waxed copper without having to manually un-wax them all. This isn't a duplicate this way, as no new copper reinforced blocks would be necessary.

Obviously, doing it this way would by necessity be at a huge loss to the player who would lose their spent honeycomb if they ever decided to unreinforce their blocks. But at the same time they gain back a lot of otherwise wasted time unwaxing.

The only problem I foresee is reinforcing them by mistake.

The honeycomb could just be dropped?

Ye my previous suggestion were supposed to mean this

But honeycombs also aren’t hard to get in the first place

Honeycombs don't get dropped when you scrape waxed copper.

#

So if you intentionally want to reinforce waxed blocks, currently you'd have to scrape them, then reinforce them. You don't net a honeycomb through that process either.

#

Accidental reinforcements are unfortunate though.

So then this suggestion has no cons asides from the accidental reinforcements. It would instead save the player time and tool durability by not needing to first scrape the block

I've been wanting this for so long

Exactly, yeah. Only con is if you wanted to get the unreinforced waxed blocks BACK, you would need to spend the honeycomb again.

#

But that's kinda an edge case imo. You sould specifically want the blocks unreinforced AND waxed, when you had already waxed and then reniforced them previously.

#

Not too big an issue imo
