Back in the early builds of this mod for either 1.7.10 or 1.12.1 I used a different mod that added Drones that moved on the ground to deal with mobs such as Zombies for example. I was thinking to possibly add Security Drones to protect a player's base when it becomes dark. These Drones would be broken down into 4 tiers ranging from Iron to Netherite with upgrades like ion beams to deal with Zombies or non-registered players. These Drones would be able to have their own docking stations that could allow for both Item Drop off as well as a recharge station. The Drones would be tied directly to the Security Cameras to indicate which mobs to go after. There could also be 3 different types like a Drone that flies at night to deal with Phantoms, or a Aquatic Drone to deal with Drowned, Guardian, or Elder Guardian that is if the player built an underwater base. But, Hey that is my suggestion yes it would bring new ways to enjoy the mod while breathing new life into it as well. I would love to hear your ideas on this suggestion.
