Ok, hear me out:
We have passcode protected chests, barrels, furnaces, blast furnaces, smookers, now we have passcode protected boats, we have passcode protected doors and trapdoors so why not making passcode protected crafting tables, lecterns, enchanting tables, smithing tables, grindstones, passcode protected ender chests and all the family of interactive blocks?

- Lectern: A Reinforced Lectern already exists, where (iirc) only owners can place and take a book and only allowlisted players can read the book.
- Crafting table, Grindstone, Enchanting Table, Smithing Table, Ender Chest: Those blocks either have no inventory, or their inventory is per-player and so 100% secure anyways. If an intruder cannot use a passcode-protected crafting table, nothing stops them from placing down a normal one next to it and crafting that way, without any downsides. (A point could be made that these blocks should have reinforced variants so they cannot be stolen by intruders, but that is a topic for another suggestion).
Do you think there are other interactive blocks that benefit from having passcode-protection? I personally can't think of any
That's a fair point, though there is already a older open suggestion post for that
I will archive this then on the grounds of duplicate (and for your other suggestion, please open a new suggestions post)
