#Seaspray ability

Not sure if it's been mentioned elsewhere. I'm pretty sure that Seaspray's ability isn't functioning properly. The final target for the hurricane appears unharmed, whilst any buildings nearby still take (often quite a lot of) damage

Umm, yes. I know this bug. But at me nothing get damadget, just disabled.
