#Is Overlord 5* worth it now?

I'm considering getting overlord's 5* part since I now have 10k 5* shards. With god Neptune getting a nerf shortly along with overlord getting a buff I was wondering if a 5* overlord would be better than a 4* god Neptune or 4* prediking. I don't know what I would do without god Neptune for events, so I'm trying to replace him the best I can. Should I save another 5k 5* shards for overlord or take the bots?
