I just logged in for the event and did some battles and got crystals. When I went to check how many small/medium crates i had (I collected rewards from the dispatch around 10 minutes earlier), there were none to be found.

disptch mission crates open automtically now when u complete the mission, it was a recent update
i think it came out 1-3 months ago?
the rewards tht pop up when u complete a mission should be ur small/mediun crate drops
