Considering Seaspray has a very long range for his special ability you can use most gun combats on him without worry. Which specific gun combat depends on the effects you want him to have but all the top tier gun combats are good choices.

For Ironhide, I'd say Buzzstrike or the Forge of Solus are good choices due to their anti-hack ability. Bashbreaker is another good choice.

As I keep saying, "best" is subjective and depends on your strategy and what effects you want
