The Ark’s passive effect Restorative Embrace doesn’t seem to scale properly with the Titan Perk All-restoring?
The perk states that “”Restorative embrace” now heals 30.0% every 30 seconds” which should be 30% of a bot’s base health, I assume?
Yet when I try it out, I get values more in line with 1.3% rather than 30%, as if the perk increases the base healing of 1% with 30% (0.01 x 1.3) rather than going from 1% to 30%
