I need to level up my boys but I’m already using my 2 build bots and I need help idk how to level them up anymore I need to do research but it’s not showing me how to unlock it

Research unlocks when you go up in HQ level

For example i have one account I'm HQ 14 and my my 4* scourge says research unavailable this will change when i upgrade to hq 15.

My research lab that is level 4 will change to level 5 allowing me to continue research
