Nothing can be done here. Just email them and wait and they'll get to your ticket eventually. They're a little backed up last we heard, so waiting a week or so won't be unheard of right now.

If he truly has to wait “a week or so” for an account recovery, that would be quite disappointing to hear. I would expect something like that to be a fundamental customer service and get priority attention. Best wishes @weak mantle.
