Is it possible to change the buttons' position?

I'm trying to make my own skin, but the buttons are covering the most important part of the background. So is it possible to change the buttons' position on the pause menu using skin.json? If so, what parameters should I use? And if it's not, is there a way to do it?

you can make a larger width to displace the buttons

but the entire image area will be clickable

But it takes time to find the right position

you can't use json for this
