Xbox videocard crash in smolensk

Game keeps crashing on smolensk since it got released, anyone got a fix for it? Says something about alocating video memory.

This is the error message

Happens only on smolensk during the match. Sometimes very quick sometimes after halfway match, sometimes before the end

Thank you for sharing this - do you use quick resume at all when playing Hell Let Loose? If so, can you please disable this and then test if the error still occurs?

No never, cause quick resume always gives problems in games.

Thanks for confirming! Could you please try to power cycle your console and then restart the game to see if the problem still persists?

To do this step please close the game, then turn off and unplug console for 2-5 minutes.

I got it on 2 xbox series x consoles. So both the same issue. But i will try it, i will let you know later if smolensk comes in rotation

Probably nobody reports it cause mostly reporting issues never get solved. But heard more people of this issue. Havent been able to play a full match of smolensk since release and i play daily

The team is looking into performance and crashes on console with some of the maps - it's the specific error itself that I'd like to try to resolve for you as this has not been reported with other console crash reports unfortunately. We have shared it all with the team so if it's related to the issue they will be able to look into it. 🙂
