Respawn timer

Respawn timer can go up from 10 seconds to 50 seconds when you want to spawn preventing you to spawn in time its a bit annoying especially when you should clear off a hot garry, same thing goes when the 3 second timer locks and you have to wait an extra 40 seconds just to spawn in while not able to do anything
