I actually have no idea what this affects. Can you describe what you would prefer?
Hey Smoggless, this is more of a question out of curiosity than requesting a feature be added.
Audio frequency is generally described as a range of sounds, the larger your range the more authentic and dynamic the sounds become. Better explained in this article:

Most players might not even have audio equipment that can output into the range I shared in my original screenshot, or a trained ear to hear specific sounds, but having higher quality sound could add some amazing gameplay elements.
My hope is that HLL V will stay at 32bit 192000Hz just like HLL, but if it went higher that would be cool too. 
Thank you for the insight! Would definitely be nice to have some better audio frequencies; but yeah, I do agree Hell Let Loose does have some excellent audio already.
