The DLC skin reset bug is worse than ever on XBOX.
Before update 19, the bug was present but not as constant. Skins used to reset every once in a while, maybe once every couple of weeks. But after update 19, skins don't even stay saved for a single match.
You set your skins in the barracks, and as soon as you join a server, they reset.
Sometimes they remain saved after joining a server, but when (in competitive matches) the server is reset to make the switch, the skins disappear.
It's pretty pointless to buy DLC skins that you can't actually set on your avatar.
