This is frustrating especially for the limited squad types like recon infantry or armor squad. If they are not talking , u can't take their roles out of that player.
The squad leader can boot out the roles in squad, and why commander can't manage the squad leaders?

Commander's friends want to be a recon squad... the CMD kicks one of the already existing Spotters, no matter if talking or not.
However if it was about a vote made by SLs only, then it could work. There would have to be some logic though to prevent abuse, like... only SLs that are SLs for at least 5 minutes would be eligible to vote. Still not bulletproof though.

Hi @rocky stirrup Take out squad leader role is what I meant.
Otherwise, commander is nanny, not a commander anymore.
I thought it was bug, and just realized it doesn't exist at all in this game.
Only SLs from 5-20 mins is good as u don't want some crazy commander boot out everyone in 10 seconds.

I searched this on chatgpt and it told me commander could remove squad leader role wow. But realised it doesn't exist.
