I keep seeing stuff like this. Explosions happening not where the rocket hits, rockets not registering hits. It's hard to list all, but the general feeling is that AT class is not working as expected in many ways now.

I had 3 rockets pass completely through a stationary Cromwell a few weeks ago. Similar distance to your shot.
