Welcome to the 3rd Squadron, 5th Cavalry Regiment. This unit is a Vietnam War–themed Air Cavalry group focused on teamwork, historical immersion, and effective in‑game operations in Vietnam Hell Let Loose.

Our goal is to create an organized but enjoyable environment that reflects Vietnam‑era tactics without unnecessary rigidity.

  • A rank‑chasing or ego‑driven environment
  • A unit that prioritizes realism over fun
  1. BASIC EXPECTATIONS

All members are expected to:

  • Follow the chain of command during operations
  • Use voice communications when participating
  • Maintain professionalism and respect toward others
  • Follow squad leader instructions during missions

Disagreements are handled after operations through the proper channels.

  1. UNIT STRUCTURE (OVERVIEW)

The squadron is organized into:

  • Squadron Headquarters
  • Ground Troops (A, B, C, D Troop)
  • Aviation Elements (Flights)

You will normally be assigned to a Troop and Squad once accepted.

  1. RANKS AND ROLES
  • Ranks represent experience and responsibility, not authority outside operations
  • Leadership roles are earned through consistency and performance
  • New members start in entry‑level roles regardless of prior experience
