Having issues with spawn delay, cant dismantle garrisons, and cant bandage

Noticed this on Garrison Whiskey server on PC. SMDM, Warfare.

3 sek delay, if u hold button longer after animation ends u can dismantle sups and garrisons. Same with healing.

Can confirm happened to me about 15 minutes ago.

you can work through it sometimes by holding the f or click down longer.... sometimes... like bandage... but the worst is now ive had it with artillery watch shell land then run forward... game converts you to meat 10 seconds later...
