Customisable helmets?

I was wondering if helmets would be a customisable feature? What I mean is being able to add bands with loose ammo, cigarettes, oil, bug spray etc. aswell as being able to write on the helmets if not then opinions on the idea?

Cosmetic Presets from actual helmets would be cool. Writing your own doesn’t sound like a good idea.
