How will helicopters work?

I´m Really excited to see and pilot the Bell UH-1 Iroquois, better known as "Huey", my question is: Will it work kind of like a tank crew in the OG HLL? I mean like: Pilot, Co-Pilot, Crew chief and door gunner for example? (Hype is real)

im nut sure what the crewman is going to do tho

maybe repairs or some other stuff

Well the crew chief manned one of the guns too, but his role was mostly repairs, so i'm hoping for that
