i think its a no brainer that we NEED flyable helicopters in the game, now the question is, what helicopters will be in the game other then the Huey? i would love to see the Huey Gunship and the Loach, Cobra would be cool too but i would understand if that was only a call in.
Also would like to mention that alot of stuff shown in the trailer is very innacurate for 1965 so i think you guys should go for 1968+

yea a huey gunship with a minigun replacing the right side m60 and a pair of 7x rocket pods would be perfect, the full on australian bushwhacker huey gunship might be too OP in a HLL game.

I would love to see Cobra, but after an wiki search that took me about 1 minute, I doubt we get them. The trailer said specifically 1965 and if the Wiki doesnt lie to me the first cobras got to vietnam in 1967.
My hopes are still there we get them, it would be amazing to have those as a toy. Either Way I hope at least the transport helicopters are armed with mgs.

I suspect that the cobra is in because helis having pilot, crewman and gunner sounds odd. Unless they did it specifically so that the gunner couldn't hop into the pilots seat when he's shot, or something...

loach is what is now known as the littlebird, could have 1 m60 mounted on the side for a door gunner , cobra has a pilot and gunner, and the bushranger had a pilot, gunner and 2 door gunners

the cobra had rocket pods, a 20mm gatling, and a swivel turret with a minigun and a 40mm chain grenade launcher
that had like 200 grenades in it
imagine a match with a semi competent crew in that thing

sure but remember that in rs2 the maps are tiny compared to HLL
if they make it semi realistic the choppers will be fiering rockets from 1+km away and like 500-1k feet up

Devs can make it expensive for spawn one, or have the hability to hide the HMG. Don't forget that the enemy team have 50 players, some of them with RPG's.

rather then that the NVA get the zsu23 shilka as a vehicle
but then that would pretty much be able to melt any helo over the map
so i think the best option is to have attack choppers but just not the most capable variants
as playable atleast
