the closest thing you'll find are PAVN tanks using the flag of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam (PRG) which was the NLF's actual political movement during the fall of saigon
this was not meaning they were vietcong, this was because in the view of the north vietnamese this was liberating the occupied capital of their socialist brother state in the PRG
the NLF (National Liberation Front)'s armed wing was the Liberation Army of South Vietnam (LASV) and both groups are referred to as the "Viet Cong" (Viet Communist)
