I'm a player who loves realism, and these are my suggestions. I hope you like the following list of changes and improvements:

-Be able to drag downed allies to take cover or get them as close to a medic as possible. Obviously, all classes should have access to this mechanic (this would give medics more utility).

-Downed soldiers currently don't die when they come under fire and can continue waiting for a medic, so I propose they can be killed by taking more shots while downed (I don't plan on wasting a grenade to finish them off).

-I would like them to remove the sound when you land a shot on the body, it doesn't seem very realistic to me. The same goes for when you land a shot on the head or helmet, but I would like for when you land a headshot on an enemy/ally to be heard from far away or close up. If it's very far away, it obviously wouldn't be audible and would be an ambient sound so everyone else could hear it. The same goes for when an ally is hit in the head, so we can hear it all around us (sometimes it's hard to tell when an ally you're with has been killed by a headshot). This would practically make it an ambient sound and make it very realistic in my opinion.

-Mild to moderate shaking in the player's camera when they're within a 20-meter radius of a tank or multiple tanks (it's assumed that in real life, tanks also produce slight vibrations within a few meters, and the terrain influences the magnitude of the vibrations, the number of tanks there are, and their weight).

-Voice chat is quite saturated in my opinion and I previously proposed a solution for this that included great importance for the Support role but I think that this change is quite radical so today I propose that you can alternate the channels to mute them, it is simple, you open the channel menu and you just have to select twice the same channel you want to mute and with a dot that turns off and on to know when it is muted and when it is on, this seems easy to design and would greatly improve the experience (it is perfectly addable today or any day if taken into account).

I agree.
2. Soldiers die from artillery fire, tanks, or gunfire. The fact that they could be finished off with gunshots is not particularly realistic (if only because players who are wounded die immediately and do not wait for a medic; I speak from my own experience of playing as a medic for a long time).
3. Yes, hitting the body looks strange, or even the head, when the enemy is 200 meters away from you. But on the other hand, how will a person know whether they killed the enemy or not? During an attack, it is important to know whether you killed the enemy or not. Realism is realism, of course, but understanding whether you killed the enemy or not is also important.
4. I agree.
5. I completely agree.
