No, this doesn’t seem like the right way to cleanse your server.
There are too many variables at play that could lead to someone voting against a vote kick despite being absolutely innocent. (i.e. not displaying text chat/not reading text chat, not hearing it in VOIP, clearing their screen from the vote kick, having vote kick off, etc.)
P.S.
Also, you will have no proof of these players being a problem, so if they request an unban what are you going to do?
This only seems like an inconvenience that will cause players to avoid your server during seeding.
