The Germans have quite a few varying camo patterns in the game already.
The US m43 is in the game in the form of the annual summer warfare dlc. And they already have some camo uniforms with the frog skin and the hot drop DLC.
US camo was rare in the European theater compared to the Pacific

Theres not really a lot of fitting camo options for many of the factions other than germany. They already have their splinter camos and the different dot styled ones.
the US camos available are pretty much the most you're going to get without stepping into completely made up territory. (like the winter warfare white uniform)
The M43 is in the game available through the summer warfare free DLC that only comes around seasonally and is role level 7 anyways.
The british could do with some scrim covered helmets and Mk3s for europe but Driel should all be paratroopers anyways. So if they ever get around to some normandy map for brits like gold, sword or caen. Some of those helmets with foliage or scrim would be great.
