In your future server admin options changes could you think about giving admins the ability to:

  1. Show/Hide the redeploy button in menu
  2. Set the value/duration of the 'give up' timer

This would fundamentally change the way the game is played and increase the value of medics. Forcing players to move slower and think about their choices, whilst at the same time not breaking the game for players who want to keep it how it is currently.

Just let the server admin decide how they want their server to play.

In a similar vein they could also allow server owners to change the respawn times for spawns, like making default garrisons longer so that they aren't so OP on certain maps/objectives
