It would be helpful to have an option available to remove garrisons and outposts from admin cam (regardless of the team that the garrison or outpost belongs to). Especially during seeding, when an Officer has breached seeding rules and is punished but has an outpost in enemy territory.

And admin-placing garrisons would be great for seeding too. The seeding setup would be up real fast with such a feature.
