As mentioned in the video, a great place to find current teams, are tournaments:

PC-Tournaments

Seasonal - https://discord.com/invite/hll-seasonal-724083535140487171

Since its first edition in september 2020, the HLL Seasonal tournament has cemented itself as the go-to tournament for the most competent, skilled and ambitious teams of Hell let Loose. Its short and intense format provide 8 weeks of high-level competition.
The Seasonal discord has also become the place to discuss HLL competitive meta and tactics, meet the competitive communities from around the world, in addition to being the main place to organise the games, and register your team to the fight.

Hell Let Loose Competitive Association (HCA) - https://www.discord.gg/4ft2TgDqCx

HCA is an association of teams from around the world whose goal is to have well curated and broadcasted competitive Hell Let Loose matches.
In the interest of serving the community, each participating team submits representatives who vote on a variety of matters pertaining to the tournament. The HCA works closely with the organizers of the HLL Seasonal tournament for match scheduling, as well as rules and statistics compatibility.

European Community League (ECL) - https://discord.gg/nAvUzYf3Fe

The European Community League (ECL) shall be a league for all European teams. We want to give every team the opportunity to play in an organised league against teams on their individual skill level. We offer a website, streams and Discord Server.
A larger number of regular matches ensures greater planability for each team. The split into skill-based divisions makes the game more fun, since the games will be closer. A league with 4 divisions of 4 teams each is planned.

American Premiere League (APL) - https://discord.gg/american-premier-league-964975223646601296

The APL is a multi-division (tiered) based tournament with a promotion/relegation system that is home to the very best teams and players in the Americas, competing over the course of 8 weeks of intense regular season and playoff matchups.

18vs18 - https://discord.gg/hll-18-vs-18-834585595220328532 (CURRENTLY ON HOLD)

The format is designed to encourage FPS skills and teamwork by compacting the team size and map area. 18vs18 is played on a single strongpoint and the 2x2 around it, with 18 players per side. Each match is 30 minutes in length, but can continue if the central strongpoint is contested. These matches are designed to be fast-paced, action packed insanity - where individual efforts can be the difference between winning and losing.

HLL Summit - https://discord.gg/aSQSEPFrDq

HLL Summit was formed in 2022, designed to highlight the skill of the premier teams within the Hell Let Loose Console competitive scene.
Conducted over eight weeks, the tournament aims to provide the best HLL Console teams from around the world the chance to play against one another in a meaningful, well structured, and competitive environment.

DMT - League - https://discord.gg/drZkng5aCu

There are two types of events that DMT Tournament hosts:
🏆 Championship Tournaments are the main events. Each tournament will determine who really is the top armor team in the community. Register a team at the start of each tournament to get your shot at being named Champion and earning the ultimate armor bragging rights.
🏟️ Clan Mashups are side events where multiple crews from different clans come together to battle it out. There are no set teams and clans are encouraged to bring however many crews they have. While not part of the Championship Tournaments, the bragging rights from winning a Clan Mashup ain’t too shabby either.

Winter War League - https://discord.gg/TVRpMHh4Pm (Mostly just for Winter-times)

Competitive league focused on smaller clans (25 v 25 minimum) but open to all in the community.

Greyhound Skirmish CUP (PC) - https://discord.gg/CGhentWvbR

The Greyhound Skirmish Cup aims to be the biggest Skirmish tournament in competitive Hell Let Loose.

Teams will field 24 players. A matchup consists of a first and second round. A match in Skirmish mode lasts 30 minutes, so an entire matchup takes at least 60 minutes. Each team plays once as Axis and once as Allies on the same map. This means that no team will have an advantage overall just because they are playing on Allies or Axis, making the teams' performance the deciding factor. Since we are currently planning with a double elimination format, we’ve come up with a cool concept for the tiebreaker in case of a 1:1 draw.
