Only allow 3 Transport trucks to be spawned (separate spawn list). Supply truck loads could include the ability to resupply ammunition and bandages etc.

Half Tracks could allow 6 players to spawn (plus driver and gunner) when mobile. Then becoming a garrison when positioned and switched off.
