It could be cool to have a mg gunner who can place an machine gun tripod
It would cost suply so the mg need a support beside him to build it
And the classe would only have a pistol as his weapon

I like the idea, but maybe make the MG tripod have a prebuilt gun when built using supplies so anyone can use it? (Like in Squad)

I have proposed deployable MGs before, as have some other people. I generally think implementing it similarly to an AT gun is the best way to do it (blueprint that requires supplies)

I wouldn't just make it placeable as blueprint. IMO would be better to have buildable tripod with the ability for MG to mount and unmount his MG42 on it. The only question is the limit of placeable MGs per team and how they can be destroyed
