He probably doesn’t get his own op because he’s not supposed to be a combat role I guess but an op would make building garrisons and other coordination a bit smoother imo
He could even have a recon like ops that he can place anywhere and it stays when enemies capture.
Feel like that could make playing commander a bit less painful in some cases.
