Alright, plain and simple. I believe that the system could work very similarly to the head coverings option (selecting whether or not you’d like a head covering for your character), meaning when the player chooses a helmet, they are given the option of having the chinstrap down, or up. If the player chooses to have a chinstrap equip, the helmet is less likely to fly off of the head when killed (or not at all). Whereas if you prefer to have the chinstrap up/off, the helmet will come off after you take a headshot, pretty much the system we have now. So yeah, in summary; Chinstraps are cool. We want.
