Because of how unchanged it is, you should generally be able to just update - Denizen targets specific patch-version to avoid things potentially going wrong with NMS usage and such

As far as I'm concerned, it's a bit of a wrong approach to updating the plugin. Mojang will do something and tomorrow will be 1.21.9, then 1.21.10. Servers can not update so quickly, and all the software is still not all released on 1.21.7. As for me, should be supported at least the last two versions now

They are literally the same, you can even join a 1.21.8 server with 1.21.7 iirc
