How would I fix this issue when I cant run the server without essentials then, they dont have a plugin version for 1.21.0

We won't support 1.21.0 for multiple reasons.

The most critical being the fact that 1.21.0 has a critical exploit that was patched in 1.21.1.
The second reason being spigot file size limitations, so only versions 1.19.4, 1.20.6, and 1.21.4 are supported.
The third and as equally important reason being that dedicating time to maintain multiple different sub versions of minecraft, that have their own bugs and different changes is time consuming, even more so when Fullwall (The sole developer) has a fulltime job and works on this plugin on the weekends.

Essentials jsut states 1.21, and not 1.21.0. Are you sure it doesn't work in 1.21.1?
