Looking at the post in News, it would be build 7001 (but the mouse-over says build 7081 and Minecraft 1.21.3).
I have tried one dev build in both directions with the same result for each.
There doesn't seem to be an obvious (to me) indication on which version of minecraft each build will work on.

Sentinel is also acting funny, saying I am using an unrecognized minecraft version, but I'm just assuming that's because I use Purpur and not Spigot
