Does this also require Denizen to work?

Here is image of config. I have tried changing player to true and then it shows a command run but since it runs as player and they of course do not have perms it also does nothing.

Also tried op as true but it did nothing also, but I did not plan to use that option per info in wiki of possible issues.

I thought just putting the command in as I do with everything else would run it as console. Did I miss something?

yeah the command is right I can use it anywhere I know it can be use as op

I actually deleted the npc and made a new one just incase something got mixed up in other commands after that I was able to get it to work if I tap the npc as an operator and it ran as console. though test player not operator it did nothing for as console I will check a few more things but not sure what I may be missing

think I found it and looks to possibly be a bedrock luck perm issue

ok got this fixed for anyone who may come across similar had to change allow invalid usernames to true in luck perm config.
