(inkomplete) Permissions

I was hoping to allow my builders to edit npc equip or inventory using npc command function so when they right click it theyll open the npc equip

i gave necessary permissions citizens.npc.edit.equip yet it still says this

@vernal willow you have it set to require permissions, not give temporary permissions

/npc command permissions citizens.npc.edit.equip rather than /npc command add xxx --permission
