Hello there, I have a problem when I delete the npc text SURVIVAL: Hi, I m Survival and restart the server the text come back, how can I delete for good?

I edited in the config,yml file too and after restart its the same text after right click

yes, after restarting the whole server and even when /citizens save when deleting the text in-game its just resetting

but just at that npc, the rest of npc does not make this text
