(LieutenantTymir) Help me run a command

I'm using Citizens with PlaceholderAPI and a Crates plugin. I'm using the /npc cmd command to give the player a crate key, I'd just like to figure out how to set a maximum use for this NPC and Command, Everytime I right click the NPC, it runs the command again and I'd like to figure out how to make it so it only runs the command the first time you right click it.

I've checked the FAQ and Couldn't find anything on it

The command i'm trying to run is

/npc command add crates key give %player_name% trick-or-treat 1

That is the base command

I'd like to make it so a player can only run the command the first time they right click it, and to make sure that it doesn't run the command when they right click it again
