What i am trying to do is to make a ship where you need to have a ticket to enter. How do i make it so if you have a ticket the npc uses /warp and if you don't a message saying you dont have a ticket. Is this possible to do, if so how?

I also wanna do a thing where if you right click a different npc it opens a gui where you can warp to other areas previously unlocked

You can do these things with citizens but maybe better to look at denizen
