i found the problem was 1.20 itself so i changed it to 1.19.4

ok there is a lot of stuff going on in your logs, but i'll address the big things right now:

  1. you should run your server in online-mode for the authentication and to protect your server from allowing cracked users to join.
  2. you said you are using 1.20, but your logs say you are using 1.19.4. if you want to use 1.20, then feel free to update to that
  3. there are a lot of errors in your console. you should probably try to address those.
