oh, weird way to ask but uh

from a developmental standpoint, i dont think you can do that without forking the upstream, reverting the version changes from 1.19.4 to match 1.19.2, and rebuilding it - but that's kind of nonsensical mainly because if you're willing to do that, you may as well put that effort into updating outdated plugins
