Friend downloaded cockatrice 32bit (windows), realized it didn't work on their computer, downloaded 64 bit, oracle has downloaded card database multiple times, nothing shows up, what needs to happen?

What exactly are they doing when "downloading the card database"?

have you changed the database path?

try resetting the paths in the settings

#

make sure you save the xml to the default location in oracle

they did not, they did not actually download 64 version

both versions would use the same data locations, so it doesn't really matter which they use
