I tried reseting the layout, but it only reset the position of the cards and deck locations. The info for Mana cost, p/t, etc. still didn't come back

it's possible you accidentally dragged the Sets column too far too the right and now the other columns are squished under the Deck Editor and Card Info panels. Try closing both of those panels to see if Mana Cost is under there and if you can drag Sets back into place. You can put the panels back in View when you need them again.

Closing both pages did not reveal either, sets and name are the only tabs available, and I cannot shrink sets from the right hand side either

ok, looking at the screenshot again, is that a scrollbar along the bottom? can you scroll to the right?
