I got a new computer and redownloaded Cockatrice and it seems there’s no option to login to an existing account. I also can’t create a new one because it doesn’t allow you to use the same email for different accounts. I’d like to know if there is a way to login to an existing account?

If you go to Cockatrice > Connect (or, I think, Actions > Connect on macOS), you should be able to log in to whichever server you have an account with there.
