it was working a couple days ago, and now its not. i get this whenever i try to launch it. i have uninstalled and reinstalled. it just dont work

uninstalled, made sure i'm downloading 64 bit (Whihc is the default) had my computer spebd the night repairing driver sand stuff and when i installed it againi still get theh damn error
